Putting your diet and macros aside for a moment, there's a few things we can look at and also mess with to help increase the weight-loss/fat-loss process. First of all how long are you training and how often? Another question would be if you're doing cardio or not, if so, what type, how often, etc.

Shoot me those answers bro then we'll tweek some stuff in there and also get the diet right.

I train 5 days a week. They last anywhere from 45 minutes to and hour. I'm not doing cardio. One thing I have to keep in mind for my workouts is that my only window to workout is 2 to about 350 because I have to have time to have a pwo meal and my meal before I go to my nights classes at school.

I see, well referring to what Steve said, drop the total calories to around 22-2300, I would do this by dropping any amount of simple carbs or fruit, and be sure to have the majority of your carbs at breakfast and pre-workout.

Keep training like you are, pump up the intensity if anything. Other than that you should be able to lose a great deal of weight (fat) without doing much cardio, its the really stubborn fat that only you will notice and see that takes cardio to knockout.

It's been awhile since ive reviewed the OP, are you planning on competing? If so, how far out are you?

I cut down on the carbs a lot today and it actually wasn't very bad at all. I will keep them on this low level and hopefully I will start seeing the weight go down.

I am trying to cut down on my rest times so I can keep my heart rate up. And I'm still trying to get heavy so maybe I can get any strength or muscle gains during this cut. Unlikely, but at least I can try.

Right now, I'm actually not sure. I'm pretty sure I'm in line with other 18 year olds as far as muscle, but I have to get over the fear of the stage. And I'm not a center of attention type of guy.

Haha, I gotcha bro.

Well everyone responds differently my guy, me personally, carbs have to almost be non existent for me to start dropping fat. Just different metabolisms, time will tell tho man, just keep at it.
