What's your top supplement this year, any category?

Mine is Muscle Marinade.

I also like the fat burner stack of Phenom and HT-8 from Anabolic Addiction, and MGN Cinnamon Bun.

Mine is AAEFX Test Charge.

Xtend is the best supp' I've tried this year. Closely followed by the Phenom Ht8 stack.

eggs, milk, red meat.

I keep my stack pretty simple.

For me, it's got to be Beta Alanine. I had heard about it, but didn't try it until March.. With it, muscle endurance is noticably up. Just always able to push those few extra reps when it's needed. I also have much less severe DOMS.

A close second would be Cissus over Glucosamine/MSM.

Pump Fixx + hypertrop-x

boom, legal crack for a workout.

I like it, but I gotta swap the milk for Soy PI.
