How close do you count Cals and macros?
Do you tend to count more precisely when cutting or bulking?
Do you count just calories or F/C/P?
Do your pre/post meals and supps enter your counts?
Bonus question: What is your favorite cheat meal/food?
I count everything very close when I am losing fat, but tend to slack off when gaining. I count my pre/post but do not get overly concerned with them when figuring macros.
My favorite cheat meal is Five Guys or the occasional oreo.

With that said, I am very aware of the amount of calories it takes me to gain or lose weight. I tend to focus more of watching calories than macros.
Favorite cheat meal...ice cream and nachos.
