7:00 - 12 eggs and two whole grain toast
9:00 - 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein with one cup oats
11:00- 1 can tuna
1:00 - 1 can tuna
3:00 - 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein with 1 cup oats
5:00 - 14 ounces wheat spaghetti and 1 pound ground beef with tomato sauce
8:00 - 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein with 1 cup oats

On workout days I add rice to my tuna.
That doesn't look any where near 5000 calories bro, maybe 2000-2500.

The 2nd point is this. If your trying to gain weight and your losing weight, eat more!

Maybe losing some weight is not a bad thing. Whats your BF%

Your really only showing us a tiny portion of what is happening but asking us to guess what the whole picture looks like. Show us the whole picture to look at.
My bad skipped over this, good post GL.

Ok that's a good start butter. Another question: are you doin other things other than the program like running or whatever else? Also like gl said. You might just gotta eat more when it all comes down to it.

Mine is just as dirty if not more so. If I see something, I eat it. But I'll never do it this way again.

I don't have much to add to what has already been said.

8:00 - 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein with 1 cup oats

On workout days I add rice to my tuna.

I only weigh 143 but don't know how to get body fat. I can see some of my abs but I am small.

5'11" and im 18. I just started 2 months ago and losing weight.

Sorry I am trying the 3 Day Beginner Muscle Gaining Workout from this website.

Monday
–Bench Press 3 x 6-10
–Squat 1 x 20 or Leg Press 3 x 10 to 20
–Barbell Rows 3 x 6-10
–One Arm Side Laterals 2 x 8-15
–Calf Raises 2 x 10-20
–DB Curls or Pinwheel Curls 2 x 6-12
–Abs

Wednesday
–Deadlift 3◊5 (Reg Park Style…working up to 1 heavy set)
–Seated Overhead Press 3 x 6-10
–Romanian Deadlifts 3 x 6-10
–Barbell Shrugs 2 x 6-15
–Closegrip Bench Press 3 x 6-10
–Side Bends 2 x 6-12
–Abs

Friday
–DB Bench Press 3 x 6-10
–Squat 3 x 6-10
–Pullups or Lat Pull Down 3 x 6-10
–Rear Laterals 2 x 8-15
–Calf Raises 2 x 10-20
–Barbell Curls 2 x 6-12
–Abs

Well that took a lot longer to drag out of you than it needed to be.

however, it is perfectly clear what the problem is, and it is quite easy to fix.

Gotta take care of some family stuff (Christmas stuff). Back after while.
