Craving replacement foods.
Someone asked me how I battle cravings, so I thought I would see what you guys do as well.

For my salty cravings I eat pickles and slated tomatoes.
For my sweet cravings I chew gum and eat apples.
For my ice cream craving I eat sugar free, fat free pudding.
For my cravings of nachos, I put salsa on my food.

Eat another piece of my favorite meat. If I can fill up on protein, then my other cravings stay away.

I don't worry about it so much. But those are good tips BTB, might have to try the pickles when I'm cravin chips

I tend to look at what I am craving first. If I am craving something known to be fatty, it may be my body telling me I am not getting enough fats. The same can be said with carbs. I have noticed that if I allow myself something super sweet, I tend to crave sugar. At that point I a piece of fruit becomes my old standby.

Yes!! Especially the hot spicy rinds.
