Default When and how much Creatine on a Peaking phase, non training days?

First I will give a little recent supplement history in case it makes a difference.

Last week I ended a cycle of IDS Grow Tabs

Now currently on a cycle of Novadex to follow it up

Also taking:

BSN Cell Mass

Cytosport Monster Amino

IDS Multi Pro Whey

Jack3d

Fish Oil

Multi Vitamin

Few questions involving my peaking phase. I will only be training about 4 days a week now. On my off days how much and when should I be taking my creatine and BCAA's?

On off days I take 5 grams in the morning and 5 in the afternoon.

I take BCAAs first thing in the morning, and in between major meals with shakes. Mileage may vary on this.

i run my Creatine the same as Steve on off days... 5 morning and 5 mid afternoon.... have never messed with BCAAs... i do need to buy some thou
