Better than steroids
I bought and read "Better than steroids" a while ago after i saw your recommendation for it. Most of the examples of results given consisted of an increase in muscle and a decrease in fat. I thought ( according to your videos ) that this process is almost impossible exept for trainees that just started working out or come back from a break.
Does the author just use idealized examples or does this process just need micro fine tuning in the caloric intake ( down to < 100 kcal precisely )
and is possible for any trainee at any stage of his training career?
And how much do you value his short paragraph on Workouts?
Since you recommended that book to me I was really surprised to read that he thinks so less of progressive overload, and this seems to be a cornerstone of your teachings and I too have made good progress with it during the last year.
