Would it be a good idea to start with half the dosage of Impac and gradually increase it up to the full amount, over a period of a week or two?

How often do you guys take Rehab? It says that you should have it after each training session, along with when you wake up and/or go to bed.

Sure try 3 caps and see if that works for you, if not take full dose. As for Rehab I would say just take it after training, that's all Ive been doing and it's working great.
