Loose whey powder
Now they are selling loose whey powder(unflavored) in bulk. And it is dirt cheap.
So he comes and asks me, that can he use it as a supplement to his diet.
I am not sure but maybe it depends on the process by which whey is extracted from the milk. And whey is denatured at high temperatures.
What do you guys think???
There is no reason to be alive, if you cannot do the DEADLIFT!!!
