TIP: post work out within a hour, 2 pop-tarts.(easy 70+ carbs) Seen as simple carbs are important post work out I mix my post "A" work out mix with a root-beer soda and eat 3 fig bars = 80 carbs. Then a hour later I eat a quality real food meal.
Then my "B" work out post I mix my shake with 8 oz. milk and eat 2 pop-tarts = 80+ carbs. then again hour later eat a real food meal. So post work out alone I'm getting 150 carbs. Then rest of day I know I'll hit my carb macro's with out going so high per meal I will spike my insolent levels. Thats were most fat vs. muscle stores come in.
