Ok well thinking of bulking in a couple of days time i feel a change in the winds you know its Uk so winter hear pretty fast
was thinking my diet but increasing proportions and keeping my training routine the same well switch the days around but kep training same and switch reps etc? could that work
i see alot of people do a few workouts by the 5x5 workout and get out i was wondering if i continue my way the HK way:P
also thinking maybe :
epi 6 weeks with atd pct
vitamin c = d
st johns wort (optional)
korean kinseng (optional)
what you think i am fully aware of the side effects of PH i have did some research and at calorie wise i am not sure if its going to be a bulk maybe just first 2 weeks keep calories 2000 then decide then

As long as you are pushing yourself on every set of your training, trying to do more reps, and adding weight when you can, you will make good progress. I would train the way that motivates you to hit the gym the most.
Regarding PHs, what is your age?
20 coming 21 in jan? to young better going natural test like hghup like before?
At your age HK it's better to stay away from PHs and test boosters. You have naturally high testosterone levels, so simply by training hard and eating right, you will make great gains.
Ill bulk and start eating more!
P.s How can you tell what body type you are ?
