Re-Comp diet, changing the composition of your body. I have met one guy that went on this adventure and he when from being a guy that had muscle and a lot of fat to being a guy with more muscle and looking shredded. What is this miracle? I want to see a 2 week sample of a Re-Comp nutrition plan.
If this works for everyone, this must be a best kept secret in the world of bodybuilding. If any one out there has an example or knows where to find one, I am willing to be the guinea pig
