Yes. I have them once a week always on the weekends on a leg day.
2)What do you have?
I usually go out to eat with my wife and get something that I wouldn't normally eat. For dessert I'll go to yogurtland and get some frozen yogurt.
3) How often do you have them?

4) Do you prefer sugary/fatty cheat meals, or "healthy" cheat meals? (i.e., an on-plan food, but larger quantities)
I prefer to still eat healthier foods, but I just eat little more for that meal.
5) Have you found it to impact your progress in a negative or positive way?\
In the past I think it hurt me because I would eat until I was miserable or I would end up cheating for the entire day instead of just one meal. Currently it is helping me make progress, gives me mental breaks from counting/weighing everything out, and allows me to enjoy life and attend social functions and eat without having to explain why I'm not eating certain foods.
