I eat everything but sugar. No sweets, sodas (maybe one-two small cans o coke a week), no crisps and no fried food. I do get in about 100 grams of fat only from the milk i drink each day, and also fat from food but thats okay. I still have a hard time gaining lbs so in a way im lucky hehe, when it comes to real cheat meals i can chow down 10-15 cheeseburgers some days but thats not common =)

my whole diet is one big cheat meal!!

i don't plan on watching what i eat for atleast another month or two. maybe not till next feb. even. bring on the buffet!!!!

Yes Only off season. On season I do re-feeds

Anything that isn't nailed down.

Once or twice a week. Maybe more.

Being a hard gainer I don't keep track just

5) Have you found it to impact your progress in a negative or positive way?
For off season helped.
On season I stoped cheat days and went to re-feeds because cheats didn't let me get as lean as I do now.
