Besides a typical ECA stack, I've heard great things about the OxyElite Pro. I trained a friend of mine and he lost 15 lbs. while on it for a month, on top of the 10 he had already lost.

If you want cheep and free fat burning, and you choose coffee for the caffeine. Remember this the darker the roast the less caffeine in the coffee. Ya it tastes better but has less caffeine. The roasting of the beans draws out the natural caffeines but increases the flavor.

Expressos give you a buzz due to the condensed ratio of water to beans. Not that the beans are a darker roast.

The only "fat burners" I believe in are the ECA stack and Yohimbine HCL.

There's also clenbuterol, but I've never tried it and I hear it isn't any better than ECA.

i just got done running lipo 6 black, i wasn't to impressed, i could really tell it increased my body temperature but they needed to add more caffeine to it because i couldn't even feel it
