Leg press-- 480x20x 3 sets
Leg ext-- 155x15/ 170x15/ 180x10/ 200x10/ 215 x8-- light weight baby
Squats-- 135x10 ATG/ 225x10 ATG/ 315x10/ 405x4/ 225x10 ATG--- left belt at home ... didnt push past 405...


1. 5 scoops 30 min prior to workout
great taste!!!

CHEST; DELTS; TRAPS

Machine shrugs-- 180x15/ 150x15/ 270x15/ 320x15/ 360x8---- hell yeah !!!
seated DB lat raises--30x10/ 35x10/ 35x10-- felt really good!!
DB shoulder press-- 60x10/70x8/ 80x5/ 70x6/ 60x8-- smoked!! shoulders spent, awesome pump though!!
Rear lateral db raises-- 35x10x3 sets
DB incline bench press-- 70x10/10/8/8/8-- shuolders where spent from all the heavy work prior to these, but i got a really good pump and full range and concentration
Decline HS press-- 140x10/160x10/ 180x8x2 sets-- full range with loads of concertration and squeeze.

1.5 scoop 45 min prior to workout!!
taste was good as normal
energy was great today
pumpage was excellent

Leg press-- 495x20x3 sets/ 495x15---- freakin legs are swole!!!
Squats-- 135x5/225x5/ 315x4/ 405x3/ 505X1-- had spotter with me but he never touched me!!! 505 is new PR for me

Energy was thru the roof today-- bumped up to 2 scoops 30 mins prior.. im a bit of a stim junkie-- even at 2 scoops energy was smooth not jittery

Weighted Pull ups-- bwX15/ 60x8/70x8/80x5.75/90xcomplete and 2 3/4 reps, couldn't quite squeeze them out, but i gave it all i had
Reverse grip BO row-- 135x15/185x10/225x6/225x7
Seated cable rows-- 160x12/180x10/200x8/220x6
Seated DB curls-- 40x10/45x8/45x8/45x6-- hit muscle failure on the last 3 sets
1 arm DB preacher curls-- 40x8/ 35x8/35x8/35x8
cable tri pressdowns-- 4 sets of 10 at 80 pounds

no change on the energy or pump still pretty awesome.... back looked huge today, if i do say so myself!!!

leg ext-- 155x15/170x15/185x15/200x12/215x8-- after these could feel a realy good pump in the quads!!
Squats-- 135x10*/225x10*/315x10*/405x6--- * these where Ass to grass!!!! 405 was right at paralell-- getting deeper each week soon i see 405 being ATG!!!

2 scoops PWO 30 minutes prior to workout--
Energy-- smooth and there for the whole work out!!!
Taste-- was great today... kinda wierd that it tased better today than last time... i guess it all matters about the water to powder mixture, i never get it the same two days in a row, lol..
Pump-- was good, but it is hard to get a killer quad pump for me.
