No offense but most of the weight gainers i've seen are utter crap and overly expensive. when im bulking PB is my best friend lol. also heres another recipe for you


1-2 cups of milk
1-2cups of cooked oatmeal
2-4 TB pb
Chocolate syrup
Ice cubes (Add till thick enough)
Add sugar (Honey preferibly) to taste

Blend and down it.

also a quick side note is do not make extra, make it immediately before you plan to drink it cause it doesn't sit well

cool... thanx guys... and yeah they do have a big table with condiments and stuff on it... plenty of pb that no one uses... they were just like take it.. out of bananas today tho should be in before dinner... i hope.. anybody know or have a link to nutrition info for apple butter?

never mind guys... found out it has 45 calories per tablespoon... all from carbs as sugars... might help out to catch up on carbs first thing in the morning

we're allowed to have blenders, fridge and coffee pot... i talked to the dorm manager and next semester I'm bringing a crock pot with me... gonna ask about a hot plate too.. i guess since i'll be 28 on the 13th he thinks I'm old enough to know how to use it... told me i can bring a grill too... just can't use it inside... duh... only thing that sucks is that i still can't get them to let me have a locking fridge for beer...

Callmeking really had a great basic shake:

You can also add is some oatmeal if you don't mind the texture for some added quality carbs.

Ya i've been using it too... only mod is using 2% at the moment...grab a turtle (ice cream thing) adds great flavor...
