Just got my copy of Neanderthin. Can't wait to read it.

I need a change of diet. Been at the same plan for 3 months now, and am going to a modified Paleo for a while. Eggs are going to be in the mix. Yummo.

As in MG whey? That's like 8 shakes or 4 doubles per day. Too much imo. Whey just can never hold a candle to food. I wasn't taking near that much when they found protein in my urine. Doc scolded me pretty good! ;)

I'll have to look at this new plan.

My metabolism is just too stubborn right now to stick with too many carbs, so paleo it is.

After all those shakes if it was with milk, you probably could have cut the milk out alone and made more strides. But you already know I'm not a huge fan of the WD if you are a lifter too.

I have whey in coffee until noon. They one whey in water after that. One whey in water during my workout. And 2 whey in water PWO.

No milk. MG tastes solid in water. Only 800 calories Rickster. It's like creamer in my black coffee.

there is no WHEY my body could handle that much whey. i would just make mud pies for hours if that was all my diet was during the day.
