For me the key is just finding 5 solid meals I can keep in rotation. Tonight it was 2 pounds of turkey and a jar of salsa.

Meat & fish - Could eat all day..eggs in the AM, chicken at lunch, beef/fish at dinner...

Veggies - meh..broccoli and cheese, corn..that's it
Nuts and Seeds - no seeds, honey roasted peanuts are good
Berries - no berries for me...

Don't Eat:

Grains (Includes corn) - I thought corn was a veggie...damn!
Beans (Includes peas) - beans are ok, peas suck
Potatoes - love me some good mashed, but only if someone else makes them
Dairy - no milk? damn x2!!!
Sugar - This means straight sugar, or sugary foods like candy sweets?....

I did keto for 6 weeks, and kept a <75g carbs daily diet for almost a year...I could probably do this, but it would suck for a while I think until I got used to the torture...lol

I think I am going to cut down after I do a competition. Which will be after may 1st. I do not think it will take me long to lean down, I am feeling fairly lean. I would probably to do a short cut, maybe a month. Just in time for beach season. Depends on my life after graduation also.
