You won't regret it. I've been paleo since Jan. and I feel great 5 days a week (Sun & Thurs I cheat and always feel hungover next day). Are you swearing off dairy or are you of the mentality that anyone who can tolerate dairy should go for it???

Also, would you sell the book to me after you're finished? I can't find it for less than $20 anywhere.

I get bad food hangovers after I cheat on my diet, even if it's with cleaner foods. As far as diary, I am fairly lactose intolerant and don't drink milk to begin with. Cheese is much harder to avoid...but I don't need it.

After I read the book from cover to cover I can sell it to you.

Isn't this diet just eating like a caveman? Like lean meats, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and nuts?

I eat like that anyways, I thought that was just the way you are supposed to roll!

Not necessarily lean meat, in fact many paleo proponents recommend a macro breakdown of Fat>Protien>Carbs, if ketosis is reached fat replaces carbs as the source for glucose & gycogen and the good thing there is ketones do not produce insulin reactions. The big thing is cutting out all grains & potatoes, refined sugars, and beans & legumes, because the human body is really not designed to digest any of that.
