My wife uses MG whey as creamer too.

Maybe it was the type of whey. I thought it just did that because whey is a cheese by-product and cheese in hot water is goop. I'll try the creamer thing since I'm a coffee fiend

This stuff really mixes good in water or coffee.

But then again, I'm from Wisconsin so I'm genetically programmed to like anything cheese/milk related.

I must be a transplant then. Because I could kill myself with milk and/or cheese! God I love that shat! But I have no milk anymore and very little cheese.

I started reading Ori's book on The WD...seemed way to hard for someone like me.. I kept the PDF, maybe I'll try it someday...but for now, I'm eating like a modern-day man...sort of..

The WD was easy for me as far as behaving. But what I didn't like was that I lost a good bit of strength! I think a person could get shredded on it, but they better not have hangups with how much they lift or looking as beefy as they once did.

How long did you run it for? Or do I have to finish reading the PDF to figure it out..lol There was a WD appreciation thread on another site, and the followers literally swore by it, and the haters, well hated pretty bad. It is a rather unconventional diet, but it must produce some positive results.. I would rather get shredded, then build back up.. I may have reread that PDF if I still have it somewhere...

I don't really think of it as unconventional. It's based on the way we were designed really. It's only unconventional in comparison to modern day "big eats" and sedentary lifestyles that most all of us live. But it wasn't the way it was. Hell, even my parents generation weren't fat until they're nearing retirement. They stay active.

But anyways....back to your question. I ran it twice. Once non-modified during the day and the 2nd time with protein supps to boost (but didn't work so well). Lost weight and lost strength. My first time I went from 212 to 190.8 From January 22 to May 21. I did not document the 2nd go-round except that I abandoned it when I got back down to about 194 lbs. I'm doing a more BB type diet now. My strength is coming back and I weigh 188.

I ran it for 2 months. I lost 48 pounds, 7 of that muscle. It is amazing for fat loss. But not perfect for strength and muscle.
