Default Kpettitts yummy thread!

Here it is boys! My food thread!

we'll start off with my oatmeal waffles topped with apples!!

1/2 cup oatmeal (ground down in food processor)
1/4 cup oat bran
1 apple (grind half of it in food processor until tiny bits)
3 egg whites
1 scoop unflavored whey (vanilla works great too!)
Cinnamon
dash of baking powder
vanilla extract (1/4tsp is plenty)

~Mix together everything but the unground half of the apple. Bake in waffle maker until desired crispiness. I like mine crispy.
~The unground apples boil in a small amount of water, cinnamon, slpenda (if you want), and a splash of vanilla until they are soft.
~Spoon out apple and top your waffles. You can even use the water you boiled them in as a calorie free syrup on your waffles.
