Oaty PB Cookies-low carb
1-1/2 cups reduced fat margarine-softened
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1-1/2 cups wheat flour
1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking SODA
1 cup (6oz) sugar free chocolate chips
3/4 English toffee bits or almond brickle chips
In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine, PB, and sugars. Beat in egg and egg whites. In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, cinnamon and baking SODA; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in the choc chips and toffee bits.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray; flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 min or until golden brown. Cool for 2 min before removing from pans to a wire rack. Makes about 5 doz.
1 cookie=56 calories, 4g fat (1g saturated fat) , 5g carbs, 1g fiber, 2g protein.

man, those bad boys sound good.
We lift weights and manipulate our diets so that we'll look good naked. Sure, it's healthy too, and we'll probably live a longer and more productive life than the average guy, but mostly it's about the naked thing.
