No weights for upper body? There's a lot of muscle mass there that would stoke her metabolism if trained properly...focus on raw strength if she doesn't want to add size.

i agree. actually i think strength training will make some sexy ladies (if of course they dont eat like a man, lol).

also, really i dont think women would put on a rediculous amount of size(a point where it was grose), without seriously trying to/using "enhancers"

with something like starting strength, she'd be looking better than ever.

They don't, and they all continue to think that if they lift weights like a man, that they will grow like a man. Which isn't even close to being true.

We lift weights and manipulate our diets so that we'll look good naked. Sure, it's healthy too, and we'll probably live a longer and more productive life than the average guy, but mostly it's about the naked thing.

Yeah, it always makes me laugh when I recommend heavy weights to women who then protest "I don't want to get big." I tell them, I am swimming in testosterone and TRYING to get big and it's slow going, but somehow, they believe 2 reps with a 15# dumbbell will blow up their entire body.

Ironically, most women I know gravitate toward light weights and high reps, which is MORE likely to add size!
