Hard to tell but he looks like he has higher then 10% bodyfat...but what do I know.

I'm not joking. I've never tested my own bodyfat at that level. I didn't own a caliper when I had abs

I can see some belly fat on him, but with him musculature I have no idea where he runs...

he has some damn good genetics... i read he doesnt weight train, but he still has decent size, especially for how lean he stays.

He doesnt lift weights but he does do all the other stuff we use for cave man. Sledge, Jump Rope, Sand Bags, Tire Flips, Kettles and so on plus he fights for 8 hours a day and drinks 3,500 cal shake

Def over 10, I wouldn't say 15 though.
Just look at his quads serrations, I think he is just a little soft and its a weird picture.

I love this article.
I can admit that going from a power lifter to body builder was a hard transition for me.
And then to work so hard losing to bdy ft for those shows, bulk up some what and then again diet down for another show. In hind site, I truly wish I would've just stayed in that ''semi diet'' stage all along.
