Default Coconut oil vs MCT oil

Which do you like better? Anyone noticed any differences?

I've only used coconut oil and I've been happy with it.

I have used both and I prefer coconut oil than MCT, because coconut is not processed like MCT which is fractionated coconut oil, and I have worked with the MCT in clinical hospital setting it medical purpose is for those who had their stomach removed and need extra calories to sustain their nutrition and it also used in baby formula in hospital setting when an infant had digestive disorders. Mead-Johnson make the pharmaceutical grade, and it can tear you stomach if not taken with food, then Parillo came out with his in 1990 ,yes you get extra calories but if you take this with 10,000 calorie diet you will get fat, so that why I prefer coconut oil I put a teaspoon in my coffee every morning it has a nice flavor, which MCT does not, and you can cook with it and it give your food a nice flavor, which MCT does not enhance the flavor of the food
