Has anyone tried Black Mamba fat burner? I came across it a few times while browsing around. Curious to hear anyone's review. Thanks

looking for something to help me lean out a little. I know it has synephrine which is an appetite suppressant. I don't have any experience with synephrine.

I've bought pure synephrine before, didn't do anything for me at all. No change in appetite, no extra energy, nothing. But sometimes different people, different effects.

I got it from liftmode, it came with a micro scoop that measured 50mg. 50mg was the suggested serving - I've taken double that suggested dose before with little to no effect.

How much weight are you trying to lose? What are your stats now?

I'm not a huge fan of Fat Burners. A good Fat Burner may help you burn 300 extra calories a day. If you can't cut that out of a Diet. Your Diet is wrong.

Agreed. First step is getting your diet in check. Then you can start adding supplements. But it doesn't makes sense to waste your money on fat burners before getting your diet in line.

Let me add the reason and purpose of my use of synephrine in the past. It wasn't to burn fat, it was used to get added physical energy which it did not do.
I totally 100% agree that diet is key for fat loss. May be for energy boost too but as an added "suppliment" to a diet I look for things that can SAFELY compliment in the mix.
