Do saturated fats cause heart problems or carbs?
I was looking in to doing the squats and milk program and then someone told me about how much saturated fats are in whole milk. Well then someone jumped on the thread and said that carbs are the cause of heart problems and not saturated fats. Anyone know who I should believe?
Fats buddy. Saturated fats not only raise your bodies cholesterol but also most foods that are high in Saturated fats are also high in cholesterol. So its a double whammy
