Default Calorie Question.

So I went out for a meal today with my friends.
We went to an Italian.

I was wondering if anybody knows roughly how many calories there are in a 14 inch margarita pizza?

I don't really count calories to the tee, but I just wondered.
I'm on a new calorie goal at the moment and was roughly monitoring everything I eat while hitting a daily goal of of 3700 calories.
I'm watching the scales to see how my weight reacts and weather I need to adjust.

Also, I'd imagine with the cheese there would be a fair bit of protein there too.

Cheers.

If I was gonna spitball a guess (I also live in London now, so I'm assuming you're talking italian restaurant thin pizza, not a takeaway greasy mess) - probably about a thousand, maybe slightly more depending on amount of cheese/thickness of dough/amount of oil they used.

Here you go:

The whole pizza is approx 2269kCal and 97g protein.

EDIT: ah, but as Nick says - may vary significantly from this depending on the proportions of crust etc.

Cheers for the replies.

That's quite allot. As I thought, allot of protein too.

It's the thin type yeah, Florio's on the west bank, great place.
I had a quick look online outline you say, it varies.
I got quite few different results.
