Default Warrior Diet

Anyone still trying the Warrior Diet? Any conclusions?

Personally, I found it the best way to lose weight, but not the best way of retaining muscle. It is extremely easy to under eat on this diet.

I'm not doing this anymore. Part of me wished I was because the part of my abs that were exposing themselves no longer are....BUT my strength is coming back.

Now, I think a modified WD would be good in adding 2 100% whey protein shakes during the day. I whole-heartedly believe this could help!

I modified the WD a bit too Rick...trying to eat 3 protein meals of 20-30 grams during the day to see if it helps. no conclusions on that though, but I think the extra food will do the trick.

It seems to work differently for each user. I gained strength but lost way too much muscle.

Well, I didn't notice strength loss Steve until right about when my abs started poking through.
