Its an 'Eat whatever I want kind of day'!

Woo!!

Today is kind of a refeed / treat day for me, as was last night to an extent (Though I still came up 700 cals short lol) and I am going to share it with you guys.

Im still eating well and some standard meals but also what I want, what I've craved for months!

Do any of you guys do this now and then? Today is a rest day for me so I'm giving my body what it wants, plus other treats and for once I donít care. I'll probably feel guilty tomorrow cause I always do, I have eating disorders to thank for that!!

What is your go to 'rubbish meal' ?

I won't call it a cheat cause that's stupid. I believe in flexible dieting and having what you crave now and then won't kill you!!

Share away!!

Meal 1...

Pro-Yo with Sugar Puffs!

Meal 2...

Chicken Sausage Triple Decker sandwich on seeded bread (I'm not good at eating crap lol)

Snacks so far...

An entire box of chocolate fingers. Sorry, not sorry!

It's only midday though!! No calorie limit for me today so long as I hit 225grams of protein or more, I'm happy :)

Meal 3...

Meal 4...

2 double chocolate cookies and some Ben and Jerry Phish Food :D

Chocolate fingers, what sort, milk, dark, white?

For me, cheese and potato pie (massive dish), *Angel cake (whole one), *lemon meringue (whole one)...and anything else that comes to hand really :hungry:

*prior to realising I have issues with egg, so sadly no longer.

You'd probably enjoy a lemon layer pudding as well then, eaten warm, straight from the oven:

Zebra Cakes!

I just eat (and drink) whatever I want to, whenever I want to. Seems to work just fine. :) Strength and muscles are improving steadily, and I'm still quite lean.

But hm, let's see... Icecream is something I don't eat all the time, but do sometimes. Is that naughty? :dunno2: Deep fried fish and chips?

I dunno. It's all just food to me, lol. Don't count calories either - eff that! :p

Haha I wish I could do that! My stomach issues from the past won't let me lol!

So I finished on a crappy 4625 calories, wich was only 1300 more than normal, but it was treats and afterwards I felt like shit for about 2 days. Never again. I will have treats, but my stomach can't handle shit food after all I've put it through in the past.
