Default Good bulk diet?

I'm really trying to focus on my nutrition for my current bulk. I'm 6,2 166 pounds and this is what a typical weekday's diet looks like

Meal 1-6:45 am

2 large scrambled eggs
2 pieces whole wheat toast
8 oz. glass of orange juice
Total: 510 calories

Meal 2- 12:00 pm
Roast beef of turkey
2 pieces whole wheat bread
2 slices white american cheese
orange or banana
Total: 630 calories

Meal 3- 3:00 pm
1 can tuna
2 pieces whole wheat bread
1 tbsp peanut butter
ON 100% whey protein shake w/ milk
Total: 630 calories

Meal 4- 5:00 pm
Hamburger on a bun
OR
English Muffin with PB
2 large glasses of milk
Total: 620 calories

Meal 5- 7:30 pm
Dinner varies some main meals are
Pasta, Steak, Grilled Chicken Breast, Pot Roast...
As much milk as I can stomach
Total: avg. 800

Meal 6- 9:00
1 tbsp pb
1 orange
As much milk as I can
Total: 130

Grand total/day: 3300

This does not include any milk intake so the milk I consume is added on top

The only real problem I have is the 5 hours which I can't eat because of school... other than that does this look like a solid diet? On weekends I eat all day with similar meals and don't have to worry about the 5 hours of school! Thanks

It looks solid. I'm just worried that you have such a high metabolism that you may need more.

How hard is it for you to gain weight?

using a calorie maintenance calculator I found that my maintenance is 2500 cal/day, this diet will give me 3300 and thats not even including any milk so all the milk I drink is plus i'll try and edit the OP to add the calorie values

That calculator is under-calculating your needs. Probably because you're a bit underweight. I need 3200 to 3300 to maintain. I would guess you need at least the same.

I can't say for certain, but I would wager that you will need at least 4000 a day to gain weight.

Since you're at 3300 base, that's a good start. I would try at least 3800 for 2 weeks and see what the scale does. Whatever you do, get scale readings every morning if possible before getting dressed. A couple weeks is usually a good indication if you're in a holding pattern.

Is there any way you can get a meal in between meal 1 and 2? Maybe you get put some almonds in a bag when your at school and go to the bathroom and scarf down some almonds real fast before your next class starts?

your maintence level does go up as you gain weight, but metabolism also dictates your maintence level.
