Been getting most of my protein from chicken and beef lately, but if I'm in a pinch I use MTS vanilla.

Pure 100% whey protein concentrate, from an Australian supplier I doubt anyone here has heard of, lol. It's cheap, it "works" (duh), and there's no chemical (or other) crap in it.
