Thought some of you guys might be interested in this
for a month this guys lives of liquid meals made from protein powders, vitamins & minerals.

How about hell no.
Lurve the part (that I already knew) about supplement companies not requiring checks and balances as per actual food. The rat - that's just one of oh so many examples of people like this not giving a shit.
"Like a protein shake." - lol. That made me laugh a bit too.
