Default cutting diet

need help with 4500 diet meal plan for my body weight never done a cutting diet b4 am 6f2 and. 18.136 stone and 33 years old don't like fish or salad or cheese

Default

I use myfitnesspal.com when I want to make sure I'm doing certain things with my diet. It's an online food log that lets you enter what you eat and keep track of your calories and macros. They have a massive databose of foods, or you can put in your own.

I use it to plan out my days ahead of time. I write out everything I plan to eat that day, then adjust how much of everything I'm going to eat to fill out my calorie and macro goals.

I sure with I could cut at 4500 calories. I'm currently eating around 2000 calories a day to lose 1.5-2lb a week. After this cut is over I'm planning a slow bulk with around 3200 calories a day.
