Very true. Try it and let me know. I will be curious if you notice any benefits. Depends on how much you take, but you can split it between your pre and post.

I'll do it over the next few workouts so I can do it systematically.

Try out the protocol in the OP and take your b-vitamins a good hour or two PRIOR to training. This should not only optimize your GH output, but also allow plenty of time for the b-vitamins to "wear off" and let you sleep.

Indeed, its ironic that most of the "cheap" supplements out there are the one's that actually have some validity behind them (e.g. creatine, caffeine, b-vitamins, etc)

"Yes, you will get "niacin flushes" from the pure form of niacin, but that's a rather trivial side effect. "

tried this yesterday, if my arms were 2 inches bigger today I still would never do it again! Took 250mg of niacin, got flushes so bad my wife wanted to take me to hospital. I felt like my head was in an oven and my heart was in my head.

99 tablets of Niacin for sale.

It's horrible isn't it? Mrs T had the same thing when she took niacin; it was pretty alarming.

Not very nice at all. Did you try it, is it an over-reaction on some people, or can people actually stand those flushes?

No, I didn't take it. I stay away from supplemental vitamins.

I would imagine that the niacin flush probably varies in intensity from person to person. I've just read that it can be reduced by taking aspirin alongside it.
