Is it essential that I eat every 3 hours because when I was 245 I didn't do that and I reached to 191 (and still losing) so is it really necesarry

No, I don't think it's necessary at all to eat every 3 hours.

It's definitely not necesary. You don't eat for 8-10 hours every night while you sleep. I've spent months eating all my food in a 2 hour window every day.

If what you have been doing is working then stick with it. If it isn't broken don't fix it. There is many different ways to diet, find what works for you and stick with it. Eating every 3 hours works great for most people and would probably work for you as well, but not necessary if you are already accomplishing your goal.

Yep.

I get two meals a day, sometimes 3.

Frankly, I eat 3 -4 times a day. It works fine and I making fine progress.

No it is not. No arbitary timing is required.

Now if that's what you need to get your macro's in then job done.
