Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are something that I have been hooked on lately. I usually just microwave one for about 6 minutes and then eat with some butter, salt and pepper. I love them and like to find the biggest one I can. How many of you on here like them and how do you fix them?

When I eat them, I just mash them up with butter, but I prefer white and red potatoes over sweet potatoes, any day.

usually ill cut them up and cook them in the stove like "fries". used to mash them. those were good

Roasted with sunflower oil and herbs. Used to mash them up but I find it easier to eat them if they're more solid.

just plain in the microwave

I prefer them over white

I prefer potatoes to "the sweet kind", but when I do have them, I quite enjoy a soup that uses a few, or a mash, something like that. All smooshed together, lol.

Although, also don't mind them sometimes as one of a variety of roast veges.

1. Microwave 2. Eat

Sometimes I use butter, that makes it real good.
