Camping recipes

Anyone have any good recipes for camping that they make that are successful? Looking for any recipe really from breakfast to a supper. I am at a loss on what to make that would be different. Seems like we always have the standard hotdogs, brats, hamburgers and I am sort of tired of it.

There are one or two interesting one-pan recipes here:

...and some more adult oriented ones, here:

It depends on your cooking facilities and what ingredients you'd be inclined to take with you as well. At campfires, we often made soups, placed potatoes wrapped in foil in the embers, did a breakfast fry-up etc.

We usually cook ribs in a dutch oven. The dutch oven is our favorite way to cook when outdoors. We make chili, or ribs, or stew, or even deserts like apple cobbler. Yummy!

A milk pot over the fire with a soup in it. We do this all the time. We have made everything from bean and ham to veggie beef. This weekend we are testing out potato. Very good.

Sandwich irons can be used to make any kind of sammie. Ham and cheese, grilled cheese, pizza, or add pie filling to them. Chili cheese is also good.

Cover potatoes in foil and place them in the coals of a burnt out fire

If you forget a pot, you can always boil water in a bag or cup. Though I'll be honest, I'm not sure how to get the water out.

Cornbread in a dutch oven. Spread top with some brown sugar, melts in your mouth.
