I do no direct calf work...squats and deads have made them grow to the point people ask me about them.

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

I have always been trying to bring my calves up. When bulking they dont grow as much as i would like them too but it seems like when i start adding in cardio and hitting the stairs is when they grow. I cant say how to get big calves i can just say cardio and running will help them grow.

I just use a basic free-standing aerobic step, it seems to take care of them.

Yepp! And also sled drags and pushes. Tireflips are brutal aswell, If you do them correctly and not "deadlifting" the tire but instead push it from your toes!

Swede speaks the truth. Sled drags hit my calves the hardest of any of those, but then again, I don't have the pretty form Swede does on tireflips
