Default Joint Supplement

Anyone have a joint supplement to recommend that has really worked for you?

Glucosamine Chondroitin complexes are helpful. I just get whatever's at my local store and cost effective

Flexible from Formutech or just Cissus Quadrangularis as a stand alone may work as well.

Dr Vanessa's Collagen. Have not had any achy joints whatsoever since about 1 month after taking this.

My brother was having issues with his joints and started to drink a can of joint juice everyday that he gets from Sams club. He swears by it.

I've tried many glucosamine supplements over the years and they helped a little, but nothing compares to AAEFX Joint Rehab. I've had 2 Knee surgeries and a shoulder surgery. I've always had to deal with pain after the surgeries especially in my shoulders. Since I've started taking Joint Rehab. I'm at 100%, no pain at all. I will say that it doesn't help much with tendinitis in the elbows.

I only have two that I would recommend. Joint rehab and animal flex. Both are great quality and worked well for me.
