I have it in my PWO shake. I use a tablespoon. With the milk and whey, I don't even taste it.

I think you could put as much as you wanted as long as you can handle the taste and it fits your macros.

Although, I would rather munch on walnuts, almonds, and pistachios for healthy fats.

I only do it when I need to boost fats but in general a tablespoon in my morning shake. It works out at about 14g of fat.

I have not added it to any of my shakes but I agree it is very delicious with tomatoes, especially fresh ones out of the garden this summer

Honestly, for anyone needing fats, the number one thing is 4-6 eggs a day if you are not having any. Each have 4-5g. OR you can have a little cheese, more butter..it's up to you, but they make other foods taste better, so enjoy yourself.

i eat 4-6 eggs a day and more somtimes and drink plenty of whole milk and eat meat and cheese so i'm sure i get plenty of fats in my diet, but i'm always looking for my ways off adding healthy fats to my diet.

I have no issues at all getting enough fat in my diet. So i don't really supplement with it.
