Trying to get plenty of micronutrients in through veggies/fruit.
I also practice intermittent fasting. Meaning I basically gorge all the food in 2-3 hours and then the next day at 2pm I eat again.
Saves a lot of time and basically allows me to overeat like a pig once a day, that's why I love it.

I think the protein recommendations are a tad higher than what you actually need to accomplish good gains and progress, but either way it doesn't hurt to get a good intake.
