BLT. With extra mayo. And not only bacon bits with it but Canadian bacon as well. Load it up with the meat, then top off with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes when done cooking. Sprinkled with a bit of parmesan cheese!

As far as I'm concerned, the topping combos are endless based on preference.
The thing that makes a pizza stand out for me is the sauce. I like to make my own with tomato paste, tomato sauce, crushed tomato, fresh oregano, fresh basil, minced garlic and ginger, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Simmer it down till it's nice and thick. After that, I don't care what I have in the fridge to go on the pizza.

Just depends what I am in the mood for. Right now a BLT sounds great but I also like taco, meat lovers, sausage and mushroom.
