Default Salmon

Recently I have discovered a huge love for salmon. I never really had it much before but lately it is what I crave. What are your favorite ways to fix it to give me some new approaches to cooking it? Thanks in advance.

We usually just wrap it and cook it in the oven, then serve with salad.

We usually marinate in a teriyaki sauce and then cook it in a cast iron skillet. Awesome!

I have had it with olive oil drizzled over the top and then grilled. Season with some salt and pepper and it is pretty good.

I like to pan fry any kind of fish in butter or coconut oil.

For salmon I've liked it with teryaki and mandarin orange dressing. Or, simply with garlic and fresh lemon, and then add any kind of seasoning - cajun, italian seasoning, etc.

Butter, a pinch of dill, lemon, salt pepper, wrap it in tin foil, and put it in the dishwasher for a cycle.

I like to prepare mine broiled. Just add some butter, season with what you like, and then broil it. Delicious.

I like to get a big fillet with the skin on one side, marinate with lemon juice season with lemon pepper for about 10 min. Put it on a hot grill skin side down. Grill for 10 min, then flip it over to get them nice Grill marks on it for 5 min. At this point the skin will just fall off. Peel it off and serve on a plate grill marks up. My favorite, of course times will have to be adjusted depending on the thickness of the fillet
