Blood Type Diet
What is everyone take on the blood type diet? I know from personal experience that when I don't eat the foods that are listed as no-nos according to the blood type diet I feel a whole lot better than when I don't.
It suggests for type 0s (which I am) to stay away from wheat and dairy. If I don't my body feels the effects of eating them.
Does anyone have an opinion or experience with the blood type diet they would like to share?
