Whats the best fat to add to your protein shakes for those extra calories & overall health benerfits?

Flaxseed oil?

Yup, natty PB is a great one, or almod butter. Almonds are one of the best fat sources you can get. Still another is olive oil. When I first read of using EVOO in shakes I thought it was suspect, but it worked out really well as you don't need to add much to get a ton of good calories in. There have been studies that show that many of the "healthiest" areas in Europe generally have higher EVOO intake.

I have evoo so I could try that & see how it tastes, peanut butter I normaly add to my oats when I eat thrm

Stick to natural peanut butter. Taste is the same, but it's quite a bit different in it's macro breakdown. No sugar added, lots of healthy fats.

I like whole milk; fats, carbs, and extra protein.

Extra calories? I have never needed those, LOL.

Flax oil is fine, fish oil is fine.

I like OR's suggestion of whole milk. You can also go with heavy cream if you can't do the lactose and want heavy duty fat.

best fat overall is Coconut Oil. ive used it in my shakes before too.

mine are

whole milk
whole egg
fish oil
peanut butter, now and then
