Searching for the proper nutrition.
I am still trying to figure my perfect nutrition. I've stayed away from a lot of carbs over the past year, only eating complex carbs. I think I'm put metabolism into neutral, because I've been gaining fat the last few months.
A nutritionist casually recommended to me carb cycling throughtout the day. One thing to do is in the early evening he said to eat a high glycemic carb after eating complex carbs throughout the day. This can give my metabolism a kick to help absorb the protein and confuse my body some to start burning the fat.
What do you guys do to control your carbs and stay lean?
