Default Super food supplements

Anyone using one of these supplements, like ultimate greens?

These products seem to be getting a lot of attention. And I have read many reviews. I guess they are basically extracts of fruits and veggies. I see ultimate greens claims you get up to 12 servings of fruits and veggies per serving.

I am one that does not eat a lot of greens. Good idea to try it? I know ultimate nutrition makes a more cost effective product

Interested to hear some thoughts on this time of product.

I tried them back around 1992? There are some companies involved with their sale that are MLM-based, so I would be careful about the source and quality.

I've had Controlled Labs Oxi Omega Greens. It was spearmint flavor but the only way to get it done decently is to dry-scoop it directly in your mouth then wash it down with water.

Hard to say how much of an "effect" it had on my overall health and well-being.
I feel like greens supplements, like fish oil and multivitamins have cumulative effects that don't necessarily show over in the short term (as opposed to caffeine which has relatively immediate effects)

I guess you could keep everything perfectly static in your diet and lifestyle (which would be difficult/unrealistic for most ppl), add a greens supp, and then compare/contrast the changes.
