thanks for the feedback chaps it has been very informative so far, it would be far to say i could take 10g a day in 2 doses and it will be still effective, no more 20g a day loading for a week for me.

You don't NEED to load creatine or cycle it. Just take 3-5 grams every day for life!! The only time I don't use it when I'm on vacation. Just stay saturated so you get the greatest effect!

I use to load it but now I never do. It will get into your system 3 to 5 grams a day and your good!
